Me and my husband just had a massage for our 25th wedding anniversary and it was the best massage we’ve ever had in our lives the women there are so good and really know what they are doing highly recommend their services you won’t get any better.We will definitely be back soon.

A very delightful little place in the heart of Pyrmont. My masseuse, Prada was excellent! She listened to my requirements and adjusted her pressure accordingly. One of the more relaxing massages I have had in a while. I would visit again.

If I can do ZERO star, I would be.We saw the good reviews and chose the 90 mins $149 massage.The good moment was just when she wiped my feet with a warm towel at the first. That's all.I felt she didn't know which area to do massage. the areas she pressed hurt or no feeling.She pressed on bone instead of muscle and my body tensed up more and more.I asked for a shoulder, neck and head massage instead of arms and when she massaged my head, She rubbed with a towel around my head and it wasn't a massage. my long hair was completely tangled and I couldn't brush my hair with my hands.Eventually I stopped the massage and after 40 mins of service she refunded only $30. When I complained about the price, she charged $65 of $149.She offered me a hot tea or water, but her expression was already frozen.At the end she said sorry but her face looks angry and cold. I asked her are you truly sorry or angry but she just went into the room.I had to wait almost an hour for my boyfriend's massage to finish.I've never had such bad service before, so I'm so embarrassed.Rather, I felt thankful and sorry for the male staff who helped my boyfriend.+ I just saw the feedback, and you just proved how so bad you are. If you are the owner, you should recognize the inconvenience of the customer and try to move forward. you just treat me like a stranger.I gave him $10 tips, because even my experience was bad, my bf was happy with him. Also I paid my own things as well even she didn't want to refund money. You seem to be mistaken that you should get 5 stars unconditionally. Lol I shouldn't have tipped. good luck too.

Been to many different Thai massages over the years, this is by far top 3. Excellent experience and expert therapists!Definitely recommend.

I’ve had shoulder issues for years and Prada is that rare massage therapist with the skills (and intuition) to really make a difference. For several days after her massage my range of motion is better but more importantly I have glorious, pain-free sleep. Highly recommend.

Great place for a massage, my partner and myself both enjoyed a couples massage and he liked it so much he went back a couple of days later for another. The staff were great and friendly, knew the sore spots and we both left feeling very refreshed and relaxed, highly recommend if your in the Darling Harbour/ Pyrmont area.

Have been coming here for a number of years. Staff are professional and make an effort to listen to your needs. The premises is clean and just the little things such as offering you a tea or water after your massage that really counts . Would highly recommend

This is my first time trying Retreat Thai and I'm kicking myself for not trying them sooner! I tried their De-Stressing Aromatherapy massage for 1 hour and I left feeling amazing! I chose this because my anxiety has been building up for the past couple of weeks and the tension on my shoulders have become unbearable.Gigi was my therapist and I highly recommend her! It's like she's healing me from the outside in. They used an aromatherapy oil that is corresponding to my birth month which helped me in thinking it's giving me the fire I need - coz I'm an Aries :) And one more thing, I got some complimentary gifts as part of the Aromatherapy treatment! The whole experience is just incredible. I will definitely be back!
