Went to clark rubber horsham today and practicality got told to go somewhere else, the salesman had no interest in helping me at all, just wanted help about pool covers. So i will never step foot in to that shop again also was going to buy something else, lost my money now, so rude.

We tried to take up an issue regarding a futon mattress which is is unsuitable for wooden frame. It is only suitable for tubular futon made of metal. We were not informed of this condition when we purchased the mattress in their Dandenong shop nor is it mentioned in the carton. The H O says that the franchisee, Paul, is right and we cannot take the mattress out of the carton. Unless we do that, we would not have known about issue with the mattress. We are in the process of taking up this company with consumer affairs. Does not look like a fair minded Aussie company. This company deserve only half a star.
