At least put some trained staff who knows the process.I have waited over an hour for my replacement licence and when I get to the checkout persone doesn't have any odea on how to order me replacement card? Charge me more then I suppose to pay for card ans she gave me temporary card for 2 weeks?Not happy with that

Was actually really good. Pretty full down there but staff were getting through the horde quickly enough. Young bloke behind the desk that I got was all over my enquiry and had my application for WA Photo ID sorted in minutes.

Ridiculously long wait times. All staff are overworked and there is no quiet time in this office. I'm sure there's plenty of quiet time in the executive offices though. This place reeks of bad management.Would have been one star, except that when we did get served Izzy was great.

Very disappointing. Got a Q ticket (supposed to be quick for Dealers) at 11.47. It's 01.18 now & they've called only 5 numbers since. Sadly, I'm still a few numbers behind. What can I say, at least 2 & half hours of a working day down the tube for no justifiable reason.

The ladies greeting customers job was made tougher as I think only one of them is competent. The other one thinks a Bank Card (EFTPOS)" is the same as "Bank Statement" and therefore claims I don't have enough number of proof to satisfy the requirement. I got better instructions with the other lady but she was so stretched and trying to go through the line as quickly as possible that she was exasperated when I asked if there are printing facilities nearby. It’s religious, I’ve been waiting here for 1.5 hours but still not call my number. I think they need to be improved their service more fast and efficiently. What a joke!!!

I was served by Connie at the Cannington centre the other day. She was so helpful and compassionate which was a nice shock because it had been a 2 hour wait and I figured with how busy they were the staff would be very unhappy. I unfortunately did not have all of the documents I needed for my transaction but she helped and guided me in a very calm way on what I needed to bring and didn't talk down to me. This is a lot better then the last time I came in where I got berated for forgetting my passport by another older staff member. Sariah who was helping at the front of the center was also very kind and helpful. Seems like this place is going in a good direction with the new staff.

Don't waste your time with anything more complicated than renewing your license. Absolutely hopeless.Staff are not interested in listening or answering any questions. I was trying to get my imported vehicle registered and the staff member insisted the invoice should have the VIN - which it obviously doesn't have until it arrives in Australia.. went to City West instead and had no problems.

The staff I went today (27/06/2023) was really good and helped me a lot. But the lady who was issuing the ticket ( tall , with spectacles)was so rude to me ( 10.15am) . She was so mean to others as well. seems like nobody can’t ask anything that they don’t know from her. just wandering isn’t that their job to help people?

This place shows how WA transport system and governmental system is sinking. Full of rude people, not servicing well. I have visited this place 2 times and coul not get any service. They are all time wasters and arguing every person. They start accepting conditionally 1 hour before the 4:30 to the building. The government is the main responsible for 0 quality service. 2-3 minutes jobs takes 20 minutes. They should either increase the working hours or human capacity to overcome the problems. These people should be trained in other states to finish jobs in short.
