Great experience today, Wednesday, waitress friendly and efficient. Not so good when I visited on Sunday, it was chaotic then, with tables uncleared and lad on till wanting to charge me for food I hadn't had.

Good food and great service.The only issue I could think of was that the only notice of the holiday surcharge I observed was at the front counter, which was noticed at the time of paying, rather than before ordering (table service meant not accessing the counter). Multiple entrances mean customers may not see the notice at the front counter. The register and notices were facing away from the dining area, unable to be seen or known about from the dining area. It would most effectively only be seen by someone who enters the store to order directly from the counter.

Ordered two take away coffees. Realized they were the wrong coffees in the cab on the way to the airport. Called and explained to which the staff were nice about it but couldn't offer a refund over the phone. Nice staff but wouldn't recommend going here for coffee.

Nice lunch but mine went cold while waiting for my wife's meal to arrive, if you go out for lunch you expect to eat at the same time, would have thought that was obvious
