I ordered an equipment and still chasing up on this. Initially the wrong equipment was ordered and they said they will have the correct one on Monday. I received a voice message on Monday saying the equipment won't be in. I tried calling back within 30mins of this voice message and my phone calls were not answered. I sent an email on the same day and still have not received a response. So I went in person the the following day (Tuesday) and they had a sign out the front they will be reopening on Tuesday, but clearly they didn't reopen that day if the sign was still there and the store was locked.It's been over a week since placing this order and have not received it.Also, when you do finally go in there when it's open, the staff there seem lazy and not willing to help. The show room is not neat and not so inviting.Overall very poor customer service for a company working in this industry where the customers depend on these equipment.I ended up sourcing another company in the same area and received the product on the day, and it was such an easy process.

My mother is elderly and has an age care package and I am the primary advocate and power of attorney for her needs. Our support worker took my mother to these people in need of a wheelchair. I clearly asked the lady on the phone for mum to TRY something that they have in stock or on display.When mum came home, I said where's your new wheelchair and she said I don't know. I called up the company to ask what happened and the lady said MUM PICKED OUT a powerchair jazzy air 2 and it will be delivered to our home...1. Mum has very poor English and only understands basic words.2. She never even got out of the car and went inside to see the chair.3. My mother weighs 150kg and the wheelchair capacity is only 136.This SPECIAL POWERCHAIR that was ordered SPECIAL FOR MUM arrived with batteries that were 2 years old and had problems from day 1.At the time we had no idea what we were getting our selfs into and we had faith in the company thinking they know what they are doing.We had to get and Occupational therapist involved and with a home visit confirm that the chair is NOT SUITABLE OR SAFE for my mother.The company refuses to take back the chair because it was a SPECIAL order. Now we are stuck with the chair and the chair has a broken caster wheel that apparently isn't part of warranty..

I have come to this place several times and the staff were able to help my parents choose walkers or wheelchairs for them. They also informed us of what is claimable by healthfunds.

This company goes above and beyond every time to identify and accommodate my needs. My clients are left confident and assured that they have a quality product. Service outstanding.

I came in today to look for a walker for my grandma. Blair was absolutely amazing to work with. He guided me through the entire process ensuring that I got the perfect walker for my grandma's height and weight. He showed me how she should use it to ensure she wouldn't fall as well as how to navigate steps when she's out and about.He pointed me in the direction of a government service I could apply for to receive additional help from home, without him i would've had no idea. Can't recommend him and the store enough. Thank you so much Blair!

Very helpful and friendly staff. They have all your requirement for injuries/ disabilities. Excellent prices compared to others. ONLY place I'd use even though it's a half hour drive away and there are other pad free closer.

Excellent service, I am a first time user of a mobility aid and I got all the help and attention I needed to get the right purchase (scooter) and Blair made the an apprehensive experience a positive one. Will always go back there.

In preparation of my wife being discharged from hospital I had called in during the week. I received all the help I needed and got what I needed, which wasn't what I thought I needed going in. My wife has now been discharged and it became obvious that a wheelchair was required. We called in to the store and again got all the helpful, friendly advice we needed. We were even shown a cheaper version of the chair we purchased, when was the last time someone made sure you were aware of a cheaper item. I would recommend the Wheelchair man to anyone looking for disability equipment.
