Just had Andy and the boys install my new home theatre. Could not recommend these guys enough top quality and professional outfit that went above and beyond to ensure a premium outcome that I am stoked with. There knowledge and expertise is at an extremely high level and there crew worked so efficiently leaving no stone unturned to deliver an outstanding job. Cleaned my house and took all waste its like you would never had know they had been here. Thanks guys now time for the footy on the new screen it's like I'm at the game.

We had a job that was multi-faceted, with new equipment being installed along side older pieces of equipment. The work was done to a very high standard. I would recommend UHT to anyone with any AV or home networking job - large or small.

We are delighted with our home theatre seating, installed by Andy last week.

I made an enquiry on a Sunday via the online contact details and received a response on that day - impressive. UHT responded very quickly to any contact made. Joel turned up on time, was friendly and the amount of effort estimated when I booked in was spot on. We had difficulty with the WAP install. Joel had it working before he left and as promised, he returned the next week to fix the additional problem (network wiring) and move the WAP to its correct location.Highly professional and quality work. I am very happy with the job and would definitely use UHT again. Thanks

Apart from the fact that they were the least expensive, the communication from Andrew and Sam was fast and efficient. Joel the installer of my wall bracket for a 75 inch TV was also efficient and great communicator. He put down a drop cloth to protect the floor and was patient and careful even when faced with a few difficulties to due with my house's wall studs which were not to standard. I was going to buy a bracket and get it installed by JB Hi Fi. Given the issue with my wall studs I am so glad I went with Universal as Joel had another bracket in his van. Highly recommend them

Our journey with Universal Home Theatre started with a simple email. From that email onwards Andrew was outstanding. He answered all my questions quickly and professionally.He was in constant contact with us from day one. He took control of the project and took care of all aspects of the build from the equipment, carpet, building work and electrical.He came out for the site inspection and knew exactly what we needed. He presented himself very professional and was nothing but amazing.His team turned up to the build and just hit the ground running. It was amazing how much work was done and to the best of quality. Mick, Joel, Jamie, Simon and Andrew were simply outstanding! They were all extremely friendly and very professional.Andrew was able to help us out in so many ways, supplying equipment on the day of the install at fantastic prices, install extra outlet and mounting our TV in the living room.We couldn't of been happier with our experience with Universal Home Theatre. We are so thankful for what they have created for us and would highly recommend them. Unfortunately 5 stars is the max that we can give as they deserve more.

Andy, Mick and the team really looked after me. I only had a small requirement and they guided me to the most suitable setup, not the most expensive one. They explained everything to me in terms I understood and didn't rush through the job. They cleaned up after themselves and had excellent communications throughout the entire process. I honestly cannot recommend these guys highly enough for your home theatre setup; I'd give Universal Home Theatre seven stars if I could!
