Alina Collections

Alina Collections was the first place I went to look for formal dresses. I was greeted instantly by Kay and she was so helpful in finding what styles and colours suited me as well as catering for my interests. There was a large and updated variety of stock. Kay was so lovely and really made our experience stress free and successful as I walked out with a dress I loved!!

The store is over and beyond the best service. I have been shopping in this store for over 15 years and if the dress is not in stock the owner Linda will ensure to have it to you within days. Thank you always times 1000 oh and the quality is on point

I don't usually post reviews, but in this instance I must.The staff at Alina Collections are the most accommodating and honest people I have ever met. Kay went above and beyond to help me find a dresses for the many weddings I have this year. Besides her patience in my indecisive manner, she was so honest in helping me decide what would look good on me and what wouldn’t. Even with other people in the store, she made sure to take the time helping all of us (making us all feel so welcomed). Someone please give this woman a raise!I can say with complete honesty, that whenever I go to Alina’s I always end up finding something – it really is the store that caters for all occasions!

We had ordered a dress from another website but it had become unavailable and our order fell through. We called Alina Collections and spoke to Linda, the owner. Linda went out of her way to help us. Good, old fashioned customer service. We are in Adelaide but will go to their website in the future when shopping. Thank you Linda for your all your help.

Two gowns within a week, and I cannot be more pleased with my purchases! Kay knew the exact styles that would work best, and was so helpful in selecting the perfect ones for a special event. Gowns are well priced for the style and quality you are purchasing. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for the perfect fit with the help of well experienced staff.

Linda and her staff went above and beyond to help source my daughters Year 12 formal dress. Linda was so helpful and had a fantastic range of dresses to choose from. I just discovered this store and it has saved my life! The staff have amazing customer service and the variety of dresses and outfits for every Occassion I can think of did not disappoint. I returned twice in the week and both times bought no less than 3 items! I’m in love! Thank you guys you have me sold to you guys forever!

Linda has been dressing me for the last 6 years. Each and every time I’ve walked in their confused about what and how to wear something but she had it already worked out. I’ve picked up outfits and she’ll say no not happening next minute I’ve walked out feeling a million dollars. She’s dedicated to ensuring everyone leaves insanely beautiful. The owner Linda is very dishonest. The dress I ordered arrived very damaged/faulty which was so disappointing!! When I contacted her she agreed to refund in full if I sent it back to her but when she received it I had to call and message at least a dozen times and then she said she will only refund 40 percent back!!! The dress is very damaged and clearly not in new condition as she advertised and keeps saying that she doesn’t sell faulty/damaged dresses and yet she expects me to be happy with the dress I was sent and tried threatening me as well!!
