Worst experience today I got a solid trim and a blow wave. I asked if I could also have a wash as well. The hairdresser didn’t even tell me it was going to be $5 extra!! Not only that the blow wave wasn’t even straight, still left frizzy and the hairdresser had no experience in hair whatsoever. When I went back in the salon asking for them to take some more length off my hair because it’s still dry and they barely took off 1cm the hairdresser started yelling at me telling me I should’ve said something before I left the store and telling me to pay more when the job wasn’t even done right the first time! Very disappointed in this place. Anyone wanting a good hairdresser do NOT go here!

She butchered my 87 year old mum's hair and had all the answers when I questioned her work and then had the audacity to charge her 35 dollars. Won't be going back again.

Absolutely atrocious hairdressing, obviously not qualified at all, the boss had to come out and teach my hairdresser how to cut my hair and point out parts she needed to fix. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere for someone else to try to salvage my trainwreck of a haircut.

Overcharged…There should be a price list mentioned different prices for thick hairs.Went there for hair wash and blow dry. Lady charged $70 + 77cents surcharges said you have thick hairs.

Honestly worst hairdressing appointment ever. Paid $90 for 1/2 a head of foils. Only asked for thin ash blonde foils as I wanted to blend in some thin grey streaks and instead was given blotchy orange at the ends and bleach blonde at the roots thick chunks. As I don't go to get my hair done often at all I didn't realise at the time hairdresser hadn't toned my hair after washing bleach out. At wash basin lady told me to come back in 15 days if I wanted my hair toned so it would be lighter. At time didn't realise she was rushing me probably because there were people waiting for haircuts. I left feeling unhappy with outcome but it wasn't until I met my friend 10mins later That she asked me why didn't they tone your hair?" I replied "she told me to come back in 15 days for that" I then remembered on shop window it clearly stated "foils including toner" devastated with my hair outcome I went back into store and asked "why my hair hadn't been toned" hairdressers reply was "I did" I didn't understand why she had only washed out bleach & conditioned my hair at the time(with treseme) and she kept saying I will not refund respectively. I then told her "That's not good enough as it says on the window clearly toner included" I wasn't t leaving without my hair being at least attempted to be somehow fixed. Eventually she asked me to sit at wash basin and put toner in my hair. I knew then she had %110 didn't put in earlier. Another lovely hairdresser that also worked there rinsed out my hair instead and whispered to me "it's okay there is a blue toner shampoo you can buy that will make your hair not so orange" Even though her attempt to help me was lovely I was devastated & embarrassed my hair looked that awful.In the end I bought a Brown packet dye and dyed my hair at home as I was embarrassed to have hair like this for work Sunday."

Hands down one of the worst experiences getting my hair cut. Went in and asked for a hair cut (long hair). Lady took approximately 10 minutes whereby she cut the hair much longer than instructed.I am not joking when I say someone off the street could have done a better job as this lady seemed to have no idea.After my horrible experience as a customer the lady had the audacity to charge me on the spot with a made up amount of $40 because my hair was long".  Fortunately for me I was able to walk about 50m down the road whereby the barbers fixed my haircut for free as they noticed the horrible job that was done.I payed the amount as I didnt want to cause a comotion. This was however the worst experience I have ever had at a hairdresser"

When I was in grade 4 my mum gave me a terrible bowl cut but I'm 27 years old now and this run down 2 dollar shop crack joint actually gave me a worst hair cut and then had the audacity to charge me for it.

This was the worst hair cut ever my son had. I could not even imagine this was a professional service. The hairdresser was careless, and simply too far to be qualified to be called a hairdresser!The (only lady) hairdresser sprayed my son hair so wet and she cut his hair in about 3-5minutes and told me it was done. The hair was uneven and ugly layers were made.I asked her to fix but she was carelessly doing, unable to fix the problems, and left my son hair as wet as it was soaked - no blowing to dry it up. I ended up doing it myself and she was standing there looking at me drying my son’s hair.I would never be back and never recommend this service to anyone!

Dropped in for a haircut last week. Was planning on going from very long hair to a specific short haircut. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hairdresser got to attending me straight away. My hairdresser was easy to communicate with and understood what I was going for straight away without trying to change my mind and telling me to go for a different hairstyle. The end result was great as they personalised the hairstyle to suit my face shape and kept it a bit longer in the front (this hairdresser definitely knew what they were doing). They continued to style it afterwards and blow dried and straightened my hair. I was party ready! 10/10 will go back again, best haircut I’ve ever gotten! :)

The worst and bloody expensive salon in werribee. The girl who did the haircut for us does not have much experience can clearly see that. At the end of the haircut she asks did you like it when the hair is still left wet. It's not her mistake, poor girl she must be new but the management should be held responsible. We were so frustrated and furious. Please anybody new to werribee or looking for a decent salon please don't go here. You will be definitely get disappointed and of course you will need to spend more money to repair the damage done in this salon.
