Not only we're Switch 2 Solar more competitive than some of the other companies, but their advice and after sales service and care was outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone that I know that is considering a solar installation.Thank you Switch 2 Solar, you made the whole process seamless.

Poor customer service. I have been trying to escalate a rattling panel since the solar panels were installed, have not received any response to my concerns till to date. panels were installed in April! The sales girl Archie was contacting me every single day to get me to sign up for their service once agreed and signed off, that was the end of their customer service. She put us on a payment plan that was out of our udget by withholding and manipulating information. The manager, Tarun takes no accountability and blames the rattling of the panels on our builders, stating maybe they havent installed the roof tiles properly. We were engaged with a building inspector who signed off the roofing as nil issue. Tarun believes it's the builders even though I told him we did not have this issue in 8 months we lived in our house but instead after the installation of the solar panels!Dishonest service and company. Takes no accountability for their mistake. The panels installed have not been secured properly making them rattle all day and night during high wind. Multiple phone calls and emails and no response. Not even worth a 1 start rating.

Top notch product, a bit of bump in the installation but was fixed immediately when raised. Loved the service and product.

Installers were professional and completed work to a very high standard. Taran and his team always kept me in the loop regarding the installation. Overall very happy.

Worst experience ever, Job hasn’t finished properly. Only after 10 days of installation there were issues with solar panel. Since then trying to get it fixed from 2021 still haven’t heard anything from them regarding the fix.

Archana who likes to be called Archi" is one of their customer service person contacted me to install a solar package from switch to solar. As I informed her that I will contact her back when I am ready still she sends me sarcastic/Rude/ harrassing messages. Worst customer experience ever from switch2 solar!!!"
