I went in to look at a new Landcruiser. The salesman Matthew was friendly & knowledgeable, making the whole experience very relaxing. Wonthaggi Toyota has a city dealership facility, with country hospitality. 5 stars to Matthew and the team.

It can be a really intense time when looking for a used car. I absolutely loved how stress free my transaction was when purchasing my car through James there was no dirty sale tactics just honesty and a willingness to make sure I was happy with our outcome. It was such a great experience I can’t imagine selling the car I have now but if I was to ever purchase again I wouldn’t Flinch to go through with Toyota wonthaggi again.Great work james Thankyou⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The sales representative Rex was very good but the selling/buying process itself lamentably failed way below my expectation of what a modern car dealership should offer, more especially after experiencing such high standards of customer service from other Toyota dealership.1.I was expected to drive uninsured car on the road. Is this not even illegal?2.The length of warranty I was given petrified me as it made no much difference from buying a car from a private individual.3.There was very very little fuel in the car which was already flashing red when keys were handed to me. Since I was driving the car to a faraway distance, I had to wonder around looking for fuel stations in a place I didn't know very well. Please fill the tank and charge it separately if you would. Both you and the buyer fully understand that fuel is an essential component for any car to be driven and I believe If anyone can afford to buy a car from you, surely they can pay for fuel.4. Covid or not, If you are open for business, you ought to treat customers like they matter to you and provide them with the basic customer experience they deserve. In this dealership, not even water can be provided to customers, let alone a hot beverage, what an experience!!5.Clearly, this is not an experience one would treasure after spending tens of thousands of dollars on a purchase. I felt you were only interested in getting money from me and not serving me as your customer. Clearly, If customers like me are to step foot into your dealership ever again, there has to be a difference in your approach to customer service.

Having recently bought a second hand car through Wonthaggi Toyota, I have been really impressed by their service and care. Highly recommend buying locally and supporting local business.
