Had the best experience was a little nervous that I wouldn't find the right dress with so little time. So I flew from Harvey Bay Qld due to only one shop here. To find my perfect dress. Jeanette & her team was amazing although she was there by herself she was running back n forth between me & another customer.She made me feel at ease. Which made finding my dress alot easier.Yes I'm pretty sure she knows its a stressful time for all us brides & Jeanette & her team tries her best to work with us in helping us to find our perfect dress.Thank you so much for making my big day come to life with my perfect dress xoxo

I cannot praise the team enough - in particular, Jeanette - who always greeted us with the warmest welcome, and went over and above to help us bring our vision to life! We got a range of gorgeous dresses for our Groomsmaids, as well as our suits from Jeanette, and all of them were perfect in every way! Jeanette also came to the rescue when I needed a last minute brooch for my Mum! Amazing! Highly recommended and will be looking for any excuse to go back again! Thank you Jeanette!

First bridal shop to visit and it was the best experience. Top place to go in Penrith for dress shopping, by far. I had an incredible appointment with the staff who were accomodating, thoughtful, respectful and supportive. Great choice of dresses too. Would highly recommend!

If you can find an alternative place, then i would highly recommend going elsewhere! The fit up process went without a hitch, but the collection process has been a nightmare. We were supposed to pick up today, but the suit hasn't arrived in store. They are not even sure it will arrive in time for the event I have booked for. So I am now left panicking! They have done nothing to keep me up to date on where the suit is. I am so stressed by it all.

5 Bridesmaid dresses are coming from here. Bridesmaids aged between 13 and 60 and size 24 to size 8, was always going to be hard to find the perfect dress. The woman there made it seem easy. Still have to go get fitted as we were walkins at 445pm. 25 mins and we had the perfect dress for everyone. Efficient 10/10 loved her dry sense of humour and well done for putting up with us and not kicking us out at 5. See you for a fitting soon.

Ordered a hired suit from here which was going to be for myself as the best man at my brothers wedding. When i arrived to collect, it was not the suit i had previously chosen. Wrong jacket and pants in poor condition, rough an baggy. Was treated quite poorly by Janet even though it was not my error. I was rushed to quickly try it on so they could re- measure and re-order the jacket only. Apparently they only have one type of trousers even though the one i originally tried on looked completely different. I wasnt comfortable with the way i was spoken to and treated. I requested for a refund and will go elsewhere. Just lucky i asked them to get it in earlier or I would have looked cheap at the wedding. Wont be back, ever.

My partner and I decided to hire his suit for our wedding day and were truly blown away with the service we received, my partner is quite tall and they happily altered the suit to ensure that it fit him beautifully. They made the whole process extremely easy and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very bad experience. Husbands suit incorrectly measured. Rude customer service every time. Got given a shirt that needed laundering because no other clean one in his size. Could not use it in the end. Rang us once, no message, no text. Made to feel like the whole debacle was out fault too. Nearly runined our only child's wedding day.

Took my 3 boys in today for our appointment and met with Jeanette who looked after us. Had a great experience! She's very knowledgeable and experienced. The pricing is on point too. Thank you!

Booked an appointment arrived with the bride to be told prior to appointment it would be floor stock which was fine but no help to find the bride a dress. Poor customer service as they seemed not interested. Definitely not suited for this industry. Older lady snappy and the younger one totally not interested or wanted to help
