Came in the other day to look for supplies for my kitten and was helped by a lovely staff member named Megan (made sure to ask for her name as she didn’t have a name tag) She was so kind and super helpful, answering all my questions and helping me with recommendations which I really appreciated as this is my first time owning a cat and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service!

Just had a beautiful experience at Maroochydore’s Petbarn. We were served by a lovely girl named Kate (with long dark hair in a ponytail). She was very friendly, chatty and efficient - clearly loved animals and her (new?) job. Love getting personalised service in a franchised store. Thanks so much!

The two team members on 25/3 on front counters approx 9-10.30am were incredibly knowledgeable on goldfish and most helpful. Beautiful, caring ,patient staff!

As with all Petbarns it can be a little overpriced. However they have a good range and the staff are great. Very friendly and helpful in my experience.
