Our removalists Roy and Nav expertly moved our entire house of 3 bedrooms, a living room made up of heavy and fragile items/furnishings, along with large gear stored in our garage. The gentlemen swiftly and safely moved everything to our nominated destination during a heatwave. They were very punctual, courteous and we cannot highly recommend the team at Melbourne City Movers enough.

The movers didn't want to take smaller bags, which is fair enough, but this should be made aware when booking as it left me in a bind having no car myself. They also left behind a couple of things (printer, air purifier, some small boxes) claiming there was no more space despite there being more than enough room for sure. A small desk was also damaged during the move-- and they absolutely were aware of this as they brought the desk in in 2 pieces (see photo) despite it being completely fine when it left my old place, and no words of apology or anything.Worst of all, when they left and backed their truck out of our driveway they grazed the fence and left some marks on it that fit the height of the truck (see photo). My partner saw it with his own eyes, but of course they denied everything, claiming that we lied about it and did not want to take responsibility or apologise.

Very happy with the service! The guys were quick and efficient. Very accommodating to my requests. No damages to the items or properties and very reasonable pricing.I would highly recommend their services and would get their assistance in future.Thanks guys!

Had a great experience with these guys moving within Victoria. Driver called to advise they were running slightly behind by 10minutes which was appreciated. The movers were very polite, efficient and got everything done with no stress. Would recommend.
