I reached out to Fiona because I realised I was at a crossroads and needed some help. I have never had coaching before and wasn't sure what to expect. Wow, it's proven to be a been great decision. From the first session things started to turn around and they have been going full steam ahead since then. My experience with you has been so helpful, nothing you suggested to do was too difficult to change, or anything I didn’t want to do. You helped me to find foods that worked for me, and working with my schedule and slightly picky eating was incredible, but didn’t seem impossible to implement! I definitely couldn’t have lost this weight without your help, so thank you so much!

I've learnt so much about my health from my sessions with Fiona, and have been able to implement healthy eating habits. She has helped me to become in control of my own health and kept me accountable in reaching my goals!
