If I could leave 6 stars for Leigh McConnon, I would. Thanks to his deep knowledge and experience and his wise guidance, I was able to purchase a home that literally ticked every item on my wish list.He was a trusted guide throughout the process of sourcing a property and making sure what I liked was a smart investment. He also purchased it at auction on my behalf for $21k less that I planned on spending. Equally important, he was sensitive to the emotional challenges of the whole process and was an expert at giving me pep talks at just the right time!I could not have done this without him. I've already recommended him to numerous friends and if I ever need to purchase another home, he'll be my first call.

It's not often that you hear positive things about real estate agents, but Buyers Advocate (Rachel & Liz in particular) are the exception. Their friendliness, professionalism and kindness are exceptional - nothing I asked for was too much trouble, including negotiating rental reductions and the installation of solar panels with the landlord during Covid lockdowns to help reduce costs. I don't often leave reviews, but the customer service I experienced on behalf of my Dad was next level.
