Wow! I was so pleasantly surprised when I found the Hello Botanical website. My wife is an indoor plant fanatic and the range of plants, as well as other gifts that are available made Valentine's Day so easy. They even delivered on Valentine's Day.The two plants were in excellent condition and packaged really nicely, and the wine (a Site Wine Rose) was also excellent. I would 100% recommend Hello Botanical for that special gift. Sadly there is no photo of the wine as it went pretty quickly :)

I sent a hamper to some family members in Geelong that were going through a really tough time. The hamper and snake plant were delivered the very next day which was what I had selected and was the perfect delivery for our family! Hello Botanical were amazing in helping me with some technical issues and got back to me straight away (not to mention this was a public holiday). Very happy customer!

In short, don't expect delivery to arrive when it is claimed to arrive and don't purchase a gift for someone if you are hoping to surprise them. Extended explanation below.I placed my order the day before delivery was due and it was delivered right on 5pm on the delivery day. (initial window was between 1pm and 3pm) Because the delivery person was worried they wouldn't make it during business hours, they contacted my friend who I was supposed to be receiving the gift and asked them to wait to outside for the delivery as the workplace reception would no longer be staffed, so the surprise was also ruined. The gift was good, but the delivery process was not. Purchase as a pick-up rather than delivery if you must use this company.

My kind friend, who lives in Scotland, sourced 'Hello Botanical' and put in an order for me to pick up. Adrian reached out and asked if I would like the parcel delivered and I said, 'yes', happy to pay the delivery fee.As I was local ... a few minutes later, or so it seemed, there was Adrian with my fab parcel, all ingredients beautifully presented and kindly delivered ... for NO charge.I am grateful for kind friends who think of such things ... and general human kindness which saw Adrian hand-delivering. Would recommend to anyone looking to send a gift with a definite personal touch and much care. Products are top quality and delicious.
