Purchased our beds back in 2014 and they are so good! I have the best sleep. We bought 3x king singles and 1x queen. We’re planning to buy more for our second home. ❤️

i purchased a mattress in 2004. the quality is the best. usually i get rid of my mattress every 10 yrs. this mattress is so good its now 2020. i wanna upgrade so i'll be seeking a new one within the next few weeks

Tried to claim the 15 year warranty as mattress has sagged on one side and stitching has come loose in several places. Said as a goodwill gesture they would stitch the area where stitching has come loose as long as I take it there and pick it up. Sorry but you have to be better than that by elaborating to me why you will not fix all the issues with the mattress as part of the warranty. So beware that any warranty claim is unlikely to be honoured with very little or no explanation. Lost my business and will make sure I don't buy this brand in future.

Contacted Dream Master to enquire on products that the retailer didn't have on hand and the information wasn't available. Dream Master wasn't interested in dealing with me as I was general public as they only sell wholesale. I didn't want to buy it from them I wanted to get the specifications of the bed I was looking at buying. They told me to deal with the retailer, who couldn't get the details from them either. I would avoid this bedding Co if you require to know specifications on what you're buying..

Excellent service from start to delivery. Steve made sure our beds were made to meet our hospitality requirements and the results are superb! These are the most comfortable beds I have ever bought & slept on. I know our guests will be well rested during their stay with us. We Highly recommend this Aussie bed manufacturer.

The worst mattress place ever! there beds a shocking after 2years of use and there warranty doesn't exist... I can keep going but il just end with highly not recommended

Purchased a “high end” mattress which has to be repaired on no less than 3 occasions within months of buying for sagging and lumpiness. We are only an average sized couple - 85kg male and 65kg woman. Not long after repairing, the stitching came loose and the mattress has split open. I’m guessing this is where they kept opening it to repair. Have tried for almost a year to get them to refund or repair as per Australian Consumer Law but they never deliver on their promises to fix it. Terribly uncomfortable mattress. Am now proceeding to VCAT.

If I could give no stars I would have. They bring you in and pretend to treat you like family and win your trust to then stab you in the back with poor products and if you dont read the quote word for word for what you discussed on the day and agreed too, they later send you the cheaper items and then tell you it wasn't included in the original quote. They also had to fix the items 3 times and still the item is not fixed & quality is poor. We spent good money there and to be honest good luck to them if that's going to make them rich.
