They were affordable & efficient but mostly super kind & friendly. We were very impressed & have already sent family members living in the area their details.

They haven't done the required repairs to my Colorado as yet but they seem to be keen to do the job. I received an acceptable quote for the work and will update this review once my vehicle has been repaired. Addendum: the repairs have been done however the costs blew out another 33% but included an extra $55 for an underbody degrease to remove oil caused by injector seal leaks ( when I inspected this degrease I found it to be a hit and miss job and would rate it as a 3 out of 10 for the work done). 20/05/23 I have now done a hundred kilometres since the repairs and the 4x4 motor has been running poorly so I checked under the hood today and a vacuum breather pipe had not been refitted and was jammed under the intercooler blocking the intake for the breather hose. Once I was able to release the jammed vacuum hose and refit it the Colorado ran smoother but lacked power. I called a mobile mechanic who noticed that the Turbo vacuum hose was also not fitted and was found hanging behind the motor once the intercooler was removed. I will be looking elsewhere for a new mechanic and will not be returning to this one.

John and his team are friendly and helpful, when my car broke down it was towed to LNJ and even though my 17 year old car couldn't be fixed without a new engine, John kindly arranged for a wreckers company to take my car and negotiated a good price. John is efficient and I appreciated his efforts to help me out. LNJ is also very convenient for me as I work in the same complex so I can get my (new) car serviced while I work :)

I recently visited LNJ Automotive Morayfield in search of a roadworthy certificate for my van, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.Despite the mechanic's expertise in their field, I was disheartened by their lack of attentiveness towards clients. It's essential for professionals to value customer input, and this aspect fell short during my visit.Upon leaving my van in their care, I expected a thorough inspection. However, what I received was an extensive list of repairs that seemed excessive and unnecessary. It left me with the impression that my vehicle wasn't given the proper time and attention it deserved. As a customer, I believe in the importance of an honest evaluation, but it should be based on accurate assessment rather than unnecessary additions.While it's true that mistakes happen, disregarding customer feedback is not a great approach. Regrettably, this experience has led me to the decision that I will not be returning to LNJ Automotive for any future repair works.I sincerely hope that LNJ Automotive takes this feedback constructively and strives to improve their communication with clients. Clients should feel valued and confident in the services provided. As a result of this disappointing experience, I feel compelled to share my feedback and encourage others to consider their options carefully before choosing LNJ Automotive for their automotive needs.
