The meditation classes have been so powerful for me. I love the relaxing vibe created from the crystal bowl. I highly recommend anyone looking to join a meditation group to come along and experience this for yourself. It is an extremely friendly and welcoming environment.

Alex, I can't thank you enough for opening such a warm and welcoming space. Personally I have had such amazing experiences within your meditation classes. This all has to do with you and the group that comes in. The reason that I come into your classes is to develop an better relationship with myself, I feel acceptance, love and hope in your classes. For everyone reading this try a Qigong class at Earths Essence and you will come back.
