No checkouts open...Just the self service area and 1 staff member on express and front counter... The last checkout closed as I was wondering if I'd forgotten anything... I had a few too many items, but used the staffed express lane anyway...(Disabled)Why please..?

To the store manager you need to place more people on the deli counter the poor young staff member did a very stressful and tuff job today at lunch time trying to serve all customers by herself she's a credit to the store but your not to have the counter under staffed

Absolutely dirty, sticky floors, products/hazards in every isle and definitely not fresh produce. This woolworths has been declining over the years, but recently the decline is steep. We go out of desperation. We travel out of the area to shop. Rami and some older ladies are great but other staff are too self absorbed, rude and not informed. I've been to cleaner supermarkets in 3rd world countries. Disgusting bass Hill woolworths.

No matter qhat time you go into the store there are never enough registers open. Dislike self serve, taking away someone's JOB!!! Never shop with my phone. Definitely need more staff.

The gentleman, Rami, who works here is an absolute superstar and joy. So helpful and personable. Woolworths should put him in some ads!!!
