Incredible is the word that comes to mind when I reflect on our experience with Christy at Luxe PM. We were relocating from a few hours away with a massive workload and a baby in tow. A recipe for stress usually but this was not the case when we were blessed with Christy. Nothing was too much trouble from the very first point of contact as Christy really thought through and discussed everything from the size, style and location of the house. In addition, Christy had considered how fitting it would be for our growing family with a park only walking distance from our house. We really felt valued and understood being in Christy’s care and we are so grateful to have been blessed with such a beautiful and secure home. Our experience with Christy was one like no other. In the past we have been left in the dark, not knowing anything until you receive that email that says you have either been successful or not.. This was not the case with Christy, we were given ongoing contact which was really reassuring and appreciated as we had clear direction which allowed us to make arrangements in a timely manner.We really appreciated that Christy always give a prompt reply and all documents were able to be completed electronically via email. It was very efficient and can be accessed easily just by jumping on a device.Finally, our lives have changed for the better and it was only made possible by Christy allowing us to move into a beautiful home. I’m so excited for anyone that is fortunate enough to have Christy pave the way for them as she really considers the best interest of the landlord and potential tenants to achieve the desired outcome for all.

Highly recommend Christy as property agent. We relocated from Melbourne to Geelong during the pandemic and struggled to get a house for rent. Christy made the process so smooth.
