Daniel came on the appointed day and carried out inspection while I was at work. At the time, my house was under contract. While making the booking, Daniel used the real estate photos to inspect pool area. He was confident nothing major would be found. He was happy to carry out inspection while I was at work. There was one small issue that needed to be fixed. I quickly fixed the issue and emailed him a photo of the repair. So easy, no fuss. Would highly recommend
