I found them while searching for radiologies on google. The gentleman on the phone was very good, was able to book appointment just a day before and the staff onsite was great too, very friendly and supportive. It was a great experience overall, definitely recommend

I had to bring my 2 year old down for an abdominal ultrasound. As anyone with kids can imagine, I was already slightly stressed, but came as prepared as possible - videos, food, any other distractions I could think of. My daughter was totally distraught and was not having a bar of lying down for the ultrasound. This was highly stressful for myself, and obviously her. However the radiographer just sat there, silent and looked at me like I was wasting her time. There was zero attempt at suggesting positions, empathy or any help whatsoever.I understand this is also an uncomfortable position for them to be in, but there was absolutely nothing from this person. I left feeling really deflated and like I had just annoyed this person. Disappointing.

Really great experience here, I can't remember her name but the receptionist was so lovely and helpful. My sister was in a great deal of pain and she went above and beyond to ensure she could have her scan done that day. Fantastic customer service!

I called around for an emergency booking and was met with the grumpiest reception ladies who were just downright rude UNTIL I got to these guys. Your staff front and back are absolutely lovely. I could not recommend you all high enough. If there was more stars I’d give them.

Mary at reception is so kind and welcoming. She really makes you feel comfortable and makes you feel like you matter, regardless of how busy they are. She always has a smile on her face and a kind tone in her voice. Thanks for being great Mary!
