Great place for all your automotive needs. Much more professional than Repco or Autobarn. Staff are very helpful. Great trade rates. Can also order in parts for most cars on a very short timeline. Efficient service and good communication make for a well run business, and the team at Burston Bayswater excel.

Terrible service. Ordered a fuse and was told it woukd arrive next day. No phone call, so went into the store after 3 days. QThey recieved the part but could not find it. 3 team members searched and eventually found it amongst rhe rubbish. Avoid if you value good service.

Adrian has always been helpful with finding parts for my import. Staff as a whole are very friendly and helpful. They show a high degree of customer care and professionalism and will try sort you out with good parts at good prices.

it's okay, but the staff member that served us, didnt order the part, didnt take down our name and number and said it would be in on Monday... It wasn't...actually it was a very annoying experience to be honest.
