Hair to Impress
The ladies at Hair To Impress are all lovely. Nothing is to much trouble. The salon is well equipped and clean. Prices are fair. The owner Belinda always decorates the Salon on special occasions. You never know what to expect with her decorating. But it always looks great. I have never had to wait, they are very punctual. A very professional bunch of ladies who are very friendly. The parking is easy too. I love going to Hair To Impress. Always feel pampered.

Whenever I need to look especially gorgeous, I go & see Kylie at Hair To Impress to get my hair done. She's taken care of my special occasions and all the inbetween maintenance cuts & colour. I've been with Hair To Impress since the salin opened, & I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Although the products of colours the salon use are beautiful and I am always happy with the foils, their client care during my last visit left me feeling pushed around and an inconvenience.The conversations I tried to start were like pulling teeth and the stylist gave off the vibe of not wanting to talk me at all. BUT the she conversed in conversations across the salon with other clients. No water/tea offered either. The stylist next client was greeted by a warm welcome and beverages offered upon arrival. From an ex-hairdresser who was taught professional salon courtesy, this experience left a negative experience for myself.

very poor professional attitude of cassey, no manner of please and thank you, very abrupt and rude while dealing . pulled my hair out many times very painfully while cutting my hair . never wanted to listen what I wanted to do with my hair, just imposed what she can do with my hair.
