Tanja Ackerman

As a fellow artist, I’m constantly seeing artwork or making it. Tanja’s work stands out for a few reasons. You have the synaesthetic element, which I think is interesting but to me not the essential quality. I see mandalas of various colours and shapes, as well as strange linework that remind me of Yves Tanguy. Her work is complex yet restrained, rich yet paradoxically minimalistic. Every year I come across art that stands out to me. Tanja falls into this category: stand-out work. I suggest you take a look. (@kieran_forster_artist)
