I had a delivery today. They were on time and the driver Gary was fantastic. Although he should have had someone with him as I had to help get a 3 seater lounge suite in my unit. I have really bad sciatica so it was not an easy task and it's left me in a world of pain. I could have waited for another day but the suppliers were a week overdue for this to be sent so I put up with the pain. Top marks for Gary and I would have given you 5 stars if I didn't have to help

Would like to just update this review from 1 star to 4 stars as Robert from QLS has been able to fix the issue we had with my delivery. He was understanding and apologetic and it was refreshing to hear from someone I could level with and resolve the matter. Yes, the system could have some improvements but mistakes happen and that is the only reason from stopping me giving a 5 star. The customer service from Robert is what has changed this experience from a terrible one to a good one

Lacks customer service. I was texted for a delivery time slot. I responded saying I will not be home as I live alone and work 2 jobs. I asked if they could deliver the item on the Wednesday as I'm home all day. They said no and if I can't agree to this day I would have to wait and entire week for my product which I need asap and the following week same issue, I won't be home due to work. So gave me no other options. It was legit there way or the high way, they said if noone was here to sign it would not be delivered again and would be returned to seller. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer care and the lack of options they offer. People work full time, live alone have emergencies but if we aren't home the ONE day you say it has to be delivered that's on us? It is honestly disgusting. This day and age with most people shopping online you need to work out a better schedule and better options, because you give me 3 options 1 call in sick and loose money, pay someone to sit and wait for my delivery or miss the delivery and not receive my item. Very disappointing service.

Have had worst experience with these people. No updates regarding delivery of Refrigerator and kept us locked the whole day. Finally when called their customer service the lady doing the role behaved irresponsibly and rude. Further, I contacted Kogan the supplier. Even the Kogan took another two days to contact me with a new delivery date that is scheduled after a week! Today is that date! Waited until 3.35 pm, the delivery truck arrived with a wrong refrigerator, which was addressed to another person, to my shock!. I am still waiting....

Placed an order with the Kogan group for a new TV. Had a minor issue with the delivery details which was sorted very quickly over the phone by the friendly and helpful Naomi in a very professional and timely manner. If her boss is reading this she deserves a raise because staff like that are like gold these days, hard to find but easy to keep if you look after them. Delivery driver was also friendly, obliging and diligent in handling our delivery. Five Stars and happy Campers all round!

They were supposed to call to confirm delivery time.Didn’t call, missed them by 10 minutes due not knowing when they were coming and had an appointment to get to.Being a Friday, we won’t be receiving the delivery until Monday.Poor coordination.

Had the not so pleasure of meeting one of your drivers on the road today, to say he had a chip on his shoulder was understatement, was rude didn't know how to smile, not a good look for the industry, someone should ask if his okay

The delivery staff were great to fix up a warehouse issue where they delivered the wrong product. This should have not happened had the staff read the instructions. Delivered a top loader instead of a front loader. The premium delivery was not executed. Kogan is bull dust business who run their functions on a shoestring budget

The delivery man was nice. But the company just messed up the time. I got a call to arrange the time for delivery after lunch then driver arrived morning, I can’t duplicate myself to be at different places. Tried to get back home asap then the driver left 3 mins and the office phone lady refused to go back which made me wait for more than a week to get it delivered again. I was happy to pickup but they don’t open after hours or weekends which just made things harder.
