My son received a box set of Captain Underpants books for Christmas which were all faulty as the pages just fell out. Very poor quality. What was even worse was the customer service. Never answer emails or messages and when I called they told me they would email me with instructions on how to replace the books but I never heard from them. When I emailed them again it took a week to finally get back to me asking for the names of the books. No more communication after that. Never sent the books.Rude and unhelpful. Dodgy business. Do not go there.

Placed an order through them, no response, no reply via e-mail and when I called through, the rudest staff I have ever had to speak to in my life.I remember buying their bookclub products as a child and it's a shame my own children will never experience this as i'd rather go with any other supplier than Scholastic at this point.Save yourself the headache of dealing with this lot.
