Richard is really friendly and despite the late pone call, on a friday night, still came out to help. He was upfront with costing, clearly explaining what he needed to be able to properly assess and quote. Once here he was efficent and took time to explain what he was doing and why.Fantastic service with a smile

Top notch service and quality. Richard responded to initial enquiry with knowledge and understanding of our situation. He came out the next day, quickly identified the cause and repairs and proceeded to make sure everything was put right as soon as possible. we had an unseen burst cold water line. Owner of 5 star plumbing, Richard was excellent - within 3hrs he isolated the area which was under our front driveway . It was complicated ,but throughout the entire repair we had very good advice and clear ,precise information given to us .The repair was done using high quality materials and we are extremely pleased with the final result .Customer service was excellent .We will recommend 5 star plumbing to our family and friends and definitely use it again .Thank you .

We had a blocked septic drain over the Easter weekend that wasn't successfully fixed by the company we called out despite many hours of work. I sought a second opinion from 5 Star Plumbing. Richard first walked me through his recommended step by step solution over the phone. He said their usual success rate in clearing drains is 90% and assured me he was confident of fixing ours. When called out he delivered 100% on his word and cleared the blockage through taking a calm, calculated approach to a very difficult problem. Richard came to find a leak in our shower which he did in double quick time. He was also able to fix our hammering taps that I had been trying to get a plumber to look at for years, no one else would bother as it was considered too small a job. Great friendly service, arrived on time also.Highly recommended.
