Waited for 45 minutes to get to top of que while others returned at their convenience to still be Infront of me, only for a lady who'd waited barely 10 minutes to be taken Infront of me.Will spend my money elsewhere where they don't look thru or past people and are more professional.

Always a good haircut with great service

Finally get a chance to review. Couple weeks ago went in for a hair cut (Saturday morning) Some young guy sat me down and asked what I wanted. I said number 1 on the sides and back and number 3 on top with a neck clean up". (It's what I got the previous time and was charged $19) He began with the clippers on the sides and back.... then went for the scissors on top. At this stage I found it a bit strange why he didn't heed my request but I thought... He knows what he's doing. The cut was finished without clippers on top and no clippers to clean up my neck. Then went on to charge me $34. I then told him I was charged $19 the previous visit. He went on to tell me that a scissor cut is $34 and clippers only is $19. I then stated to him what I had requested when asked what I wanted upon sitting down for the cut. He continued to charge me $34 and I paid it due to not wanting to create a scene in front of many waiting customers. Now.... I'm no hair professional by a long shot though I do know that when requesting to a "hair professional" that I want "number 1 on sides and number 3 on top"

Honestly I Waited 45 Minutes For One of The Worst Haircuts I’ve Ever Had. I Had Really Fluffy And Slightly Curly Hair and Ended Up With Basically A Buzzcut Even Though I Asked For A Light Trim and Got a Full On Buzzcut. Would Not Recommend Going to Cutting Point. But They Do Have Very Friendly Staff. But The Haircuts Are Horrendous.

I followed Mon back from her own shop to Cutting Point.She always gives me just the cut that I want, and knows how to cut my hair so the style stays" as my hair grows.The Cutting Point system of "names on the board" and indicate your favoured hairdresser is quick and efficient.Absolutely recommend them!"

Went in to get a concave cut and the lady that cut my hair did a really good job, can't wait to see the photos of before and after put up.
