DON'T DO IT. Don't even do it if you are desperate. Certainly not a prestigious finance company.Disorganised, unhelpful, dishonest and disrespectful I have been working on the same issue with them for 4 months. Last promise to me was direct bank payment 4 weeks ago. Daily phone calls and emails don't help. I still have not received the refund. it appears BMW are the only company without access OSKO transactions... not as cool as your cars kiddies!

I will never use BMW Finance again. After financing 6 vehicles over the past 10 years through my business my recent experience with them was extremely poor. Clara Wong at Brighton is incompetant and does not complete her job. Their level of communication is disgraceful. Stay away people - be warned

Absolutely stay away! Bunch of incompetent lazy amateurs who couldn't be more unprofessional if they tried! Charged me penalty interest on a loan payout because it was taking me so long to pay out, but the delay was due to BMW Financial Services taking forever to provide the payout letter to the lender I was refinancing with (BMW's offer to refinance to stay with them had the highest interest rate in the country - crooks!) and it was wrong when they eventually sent it causing further delays. They where so bad to deal with that it's put me off from dealing with BMW in general ever again!P. S. Forget to mention, they literally gave me 3 letters within 24hrs quoting 3 different payout figures. Of course when questionng this, absolute silence from BMW and no reply to my emails whatsoever!

Be afraid!In 2016 BMW Finance was slapped down by ASIC with the largest remediation program in Australian corporate history – $77m. This followed at least two other fines for poor repossession practices.My partner's experience with this company has ruined his life. They lied to him on the phone about rescheduling his loan, then swooped in a police-coordinated raid and repossessed his car. In the process he was injured and finished in hospital suffering from a total breakdown. As a result he lost his business and everything he had worked for for six years.Ritu Chandy, the regional CEO, doesn't have the balls to address his requests directly, but palms off the job to her Melbourne underlings.Her company employs thugs, uses deceitful tactics, refuses to acknowledge any responsibility and will never offer compensation.Take a tip and NEVER take out a loan with BMW.

Based on my experience I will not purchase an insurance from them. They will rip you off! my renewal quote was $1000+ more per annum. Instead go directly to insurance companies they offer same quote for correct price!

I'll take BMW FINANCE over any other finance loan as interest is lower and no hidden monthly fees or charges. I just wish they were less rigorous in their application. Even if you have problem they'll help if possible.

Great customer service from the start. Easy access to my loan details using my bmw app. No account keeping fees. Very straight forward process getting the loan when buying a car. Highly recommended.

Beware and stay away!!. Due to personal circumstances I choose to sell my car and payout my loan earlier and they charged me close to $1300 for early termination fees. I mean are you guys serious???? I called them requesting to waive off the fees and they said sorry can’t help you. I had Audi before with VW finance and when I paid that off early they waived off their $400 early termination fees. Would never recommend BMW finance to anyone nor would ever comeback to them.
