this lady with a karen haircut and bleach blond hair served me and she was really cranky for some reason. idk what i did lol. think her name was tara or something. real old for a subway worker too

Who has trained these staff members? Gloved hands using the cash register and opening the cold room door then not changing their gloves to handle food. This store is breaching good food handling practices. The owner needs to step up and train their staff to National Food handling standards.Very disappointed.

I do online orders for the convenience ofNot having to wait in line but they’re always wrong.. - always check your order before you leave store. Food is usually fresh and good.

Came here on the 3rd of January.This was my first visit here, so I hope this was just an “off day” for the team on shift. The place was dirty, service was gruelling slow, despite there being 3 people on shift. The only helpful person was the young lad. One of the girls hid out the back doing nothing while the other girl had the lights on, but no one was home.The sandwich/sub was average. Salads were added to order as pinches. Sauce was an after thought. LolSurely this place isn’t like this all the time?

This used to be a great place to grab lunch or dinner but lately it has gone down hill. I have recently witnessed appalling behaviour from the staff towards customers, including refusing to serve a young lady after she questioned why her half made sub was still sitting on the bench after 20 mins of other people being served before her.They never have enough bread baked, and the store is a mess. Won't be going here anymore.
