It has been a very difficult process to achieve a level 1 sports trainer qualification.No one seemed to know how to invoice my workplace and when they got in contact, it went through a lot of hands before my employer got annoyed and called up to pay over the phone.The course got rescheduled and I was emailed the wrong assessment location so I had to reschedule again. I was told that I would not have to attend the entire next course (on a Sunday) as I have done most of the course work already.I was never emailed the appropiate time to attend so I left when I realised it was the same content I've already learnt.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. There courses and training are out of date and no one in there offices knows what to do etcAFL, NRL and other codes do there own sports trainer course it’s better doing there’s.
