Lovely place to chat to easy going very helpful was asking about Lawn mower blade.Didn't have any in stock but went that bit further and got me model number so I could ring up.Thanks again for your help

I bought my Stihl Farm Boss Chainsaw from Queanbeyan Chainsaw 22 years ago and have been going there ever since. They do all the servicing and that saw is still bringing in the firewood. Same for our Stihl brush cutter. On a recent visit I was shown a better oil to use in the saw and a longer lasting weed eating cord to use. Good advice & service and good products.

Their website indicates to email them if the phone rings out as they might be busy. No response received to our enquiry to purchase a ride on mower. Still nothing. Wife rang and there was an undertaking to call her back...still nothing. Wondering if they actually want to sell ride on mowers. If email enquiries aren't part of their sales strategy, take it off the website. Another option might be to call people as well, when indicating you will.

Great place and great service. Turned my lawn mower service around very quickly and it now runs like a dream. Thanks team.

A simple phone call to ask a simple question to get a reluctant answer for no apparent reason.Yeah I'll go somewhere else thanks.

Only a small store with a limited range of products combined with a limited knowledge of the products they are selling.Have lost count of the times I've had to leave the store and drive to the Fyshwick store to get the product or advice I need which is frustrating given there is not a huge range of products required to operate or maintain a chainsaw.Bought a Farm boss chainsaw from this store as the Fyshwick store had sold out of the model I wanted. The sale came with a gift credit card however upon returning to the store the staff seemed unaware of the conditions of the card nor seemed to recall the store promotion at the time which was frustrating given the chainsaw was only purchased within the last 6 months.I was unable to use it to purchase products and was told the card was a matter between myself and Stihl the irony being I was standing in a Stihl store.Again had to travel out of my way to the Fyshwick store to purchase products with the gift card. Staff at the Queanbeyan store could of rectified this with a phone call or retained the basic information associated with that sale for future reference rather than putting the onus back on customers to contact head office.Staff at this store seem reluctant to go beyond the basics to provide assistance to their customers to the point I refuse to shop there anymore.
