Ian went over & above, carefully explaining each detail of the issue, options on how it can be fixed, teaching me the roles of each parts of the issue and keeping me updated on the process. He has taught me more about my car than anyone I've had in the past and I will continue to trust him with my vehicle. I highly recommend him!

Ian is AWESOME! He is honestly the best, trustworthy and very knowledgeable given 40+ years of experience in car service and repairing.My car - Renault broke down and wouldn't start at all that time. Called Ian to ask if he is available for car service, that time his diary was booked for the week. However knowing that I need to have my car towed there, he managed to fit in into his diary on that day and worked on it on that very day!I couldn't be more thankful for his honest and genuine service. He went above and beyond! He updated me very patiently on what went wrong, carefully explaining the details on what's needs to be fixed and how to prevent it happened again in future. He also charge a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more thankful for his impeccable service.I will surely return to him for any further car service. Once again, thank you Ian!

Greatly appreciate how much of a trustworthy and diligent mechanic Ian Dusting is. Impeccable service. He went above and beyond. Thorough assessment of the cars needs but also willing/able to work within a given budget and stagger the service needs over time if necessary. Ian is the best! We have been taking our old Mazda to Ian for servicing for a number of years. He is always honest, reliable and very reasonable.Recently, our engine mount collapsed, causing the transmission to drop, damaging the CV joint. I called Ian in the morning and he anticipated my needs - arranging for a tow truck to pick the car from our home and deliver it to his workshop, which allowed me to go to work (via public transport) without having to worry about the car. That kind of service is hard to come by!

Ian is a very trustworthy and thorough mechanic. It's so good to have finally found someone like this. He has serviced my cars (Toyota, Mazda) for years now.
