Terrible. There will be no business soon, only unsuspecting travellers. Disgusting cold, soggy chips, dry chicken in burgers - yet soggy buns. Even the chicken strips were dry. This Oporto puts the brand to shame. $52 wasted AND they forgot my burger!! I’ll be getting my missed burger and NEVER returning.Wake up management - the ship is sinking! Have some standards!

Love this Oporto. Staff go above and beyond and they serve their food on real plates when you eat in. Food has always been the best. Can’t speak any more highly of the staff.

I very much hope the awful young man with tattoos ends up here and sees this. Who as a grown man, screamed at a 14 year old girl, 2 weeks in the job, training, just for getting the order wrong. I hope your life is a lot harder and you learn some valuable lessons. One being a decent human being and growing the hell up. Humanity is so disappointing. Slow service because people are training and trying their best ! This place is lovely.

Absolutely terrible. Worst Oporto in the country (and I eat at Oporto a lot).Countless times the food takes forever to be sent to the table. The restaurant is filthy most days with dirty tables and floors that haven’t been swept or mopped in days and staff that have zero care factor.Today I stood at the counter for a good 5mins without being acknowledged or having my order taken, all staff busily attending to the drive through. Turned to a person who was waiting for their food off to the side who said they’d been waiting 10mins for their food.I walked out at this point.Will not return

Sitting in the drive thru yesterday for well over 5 mins, still nobody took my order and not a soul in sight So i drove out and went to Mcdonalds.. today i had the pleasure of taking everyones lunch orders, they all wanted opporto. Guess what, were having noodle box.

Had a great experience ordering dinner recently.Staff were so accommodating to my daughter while we waited for our food.They brought her out colouring in material and chips.The food was fresh and tasty, and they remembered all the stuff we ordered.Will definitely be back.

Pleasant staff, very clean and tidy, very fast service. Food is always delicious. The staff were very persistent on making sure everything was great. Highly recommend dine in if you want a great dining experience .
