I have had 3 cars done through the team at Zen Auto and have been so happy each time. They were very accommodating with timing around new car delivery. The paint always comes up looking amazing and ongoing washing is so much easier. Highly recommended

Recently had our new Tesla Model 3 given the Zen treatment. This is the second occasion we have used Zen/OptiCoat. Great result both times: the car has a deeper colour - dazzling sparkle, more protection for the paintwork and makes washing the car a breeze.

From initial contact with Addison to the finished detail by Matt the service was Zen auto was absolutely outstanding.I went with the NXTZEN ceramic professional coating for my Tesla model 3 and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I got an extra car care package and drying towel that they threw in for me after a detailed handover and maintenance walkthrough.Addison conveniently organised an Uber for the trip to the station as I left my car there overnight. Our family have had 4 cars Opticoated and maintained by Addison and Matt over the last few years. They have always done quality work.Now trying the new Zen Auto ceramic coating on the X3 and it is a HUGE difference... where the Opticoat was slightly tacky to the touch, this coating is super slick. I could feel the difference as soon as I grabbed the door handle.Happy with the product. Very happy with the service.I know of other mechanics and detailers that take their customer cars for joyrides - that never happens here. Addison and Matt are two folks I would never hesitate to hand the car keys over to.

Great customer service. Addison and his team did a lovely job coating and tinting our car. We had a problem with the window tinting after we collected our car and they were amazing help in getting it fixed.

Zenauto is my go to when ever I purchase a new car or i need to restock on maintenance products .The latest addition a Tiguan R in Lapiz Blue was taken straight from delivery to the lads at Zenauto to apply their NXTZEN Elite coating .The car was in need of some correction due to a poor pre delivery detail from the dealer but Matt did a great job sorting out the marring and damaging to the duco .Its only been a few weeks since the car was coated in NXTZEN Elite so I can’t comment on longevity yet but i can tell you the way the water behaves on the panel and the beading is phenomenal . The gloss levels are insane on the Lapiz Blue and the way it pops in the sun is nuts .If you’re after a ceramic coating on your new purchase and want to be sure you’re getting exactly what you paid for do yourself a favour and decline the dealership “ paint protection “ .Thanks Addison will be seeing you guys soon when the wife’s new car arrives .
