Came here on recommendation for a basic swap n go gas and was greeted by 2 lovely people to see what I needed. Good store but tad pricey.

Could learn a LOT about how to speak to customers….if that’s management, terrible example to junior staff, and a revolting lack of insight as to what customer service is anywhere, but even more so in Violet TownThere is NOT a ‘drive through’ set up, never has been, nor is there ANY new signage regarding a change of arrangements/introduction of said ‘drive through’Both sides of the driveway have ALWAYS been used, primarily as a queue in each directionNobody was blocked todayNot a single carBellowing at a customer because you believed this to be the case, from the other end of the yard, VERY rudely, and without bothering to move yourself TO the area to confirm and/or clarify, is NOT what is in keeping with business in Violet TownUtterly. Totally. Disgusted.Lift your game and find your manners
