The kids will have a great time. It's pretty clean for a play centre. I find the entry price for young children to be quite expensive. I have no issue paying full price for my 4 year old but $15 for someone who can't even walk yet is a lot. They are OpenTable until 6pm so when the staff put all the chairs up on the tables at 4:45 you really get the feeling they want you out

Play ground much better then Kids city. Adult food platers very nice. Drinks menu needs expending as NO Ice Coffee, worse still was the response from the staff Do you know how to make one". Menu is over priced the drink below is a $6 milk shake. No other place chargers for Adults. No I don't want a free coffee."

Toilets and parents room always reak, and I don't think have ever smelt clean in all my visits. Rose seems to have the personality of a block of cheese, and always seems more interested in her monitor rather than greeting customers. My kids love playing there, though I don't taKe them often because it always looks quite dirty. Whether they pay cleaners or it's up to team members, it definitely falls short considering the nature of the business.

I have been here three times in a short period of time and I am extremely disappointed.1.) The entrance fees are extremely high.2.) It’s really really dirty.3.) On all three occasions there has not been any staff wandering the floor to enforce the rules of the play centre which has resulted in my young one getting hurt by others all three times.4.) The floor to ceiling play area is really dimly lit and there are bits missing off of things that seem dangerous.5.) There is absolutely zero customer service.With entrance fees so high, I would expect that this place would be second to none but sadly it’s just horrible. I’m not sure how the shop and play option works if there isn’t ever any staff on shop floor to supervise. I would suggest to never leave your kids here unattended!

Good-Under carpark at Canberra Outlet.-Friendly staff.-Variable birthday theme.-Cool environment.Bad-Expensive but multiple pass will be solution.-Credit card surcharge.-Often they started to tidy up the place bit early. It was 1730 closing time but they started tidy up around 1630. Except few tables, they were ready to close already at 1700. But staff didn't give me any pressure and reminded me that they would be closed at 1730. This is a real minor complaint because I believe that staff needs enough time to clean and tidy up this big playground.

Spot for the kids to go crazy and let some steam off!!!Equipment itself is quite good, our kids tend to go wild for an hour or so before they are all exhausted. There are plenty of tables for the adults to sit down at and relax as well.Note kids need to wear socks for the equipment.Parties are pretty controlled, the kids are marshaled into rooms and well looked after.Cafe food is average and a little over priced. Note you cannot bring outside food and drink in.

Am surprised at the volume of negative comments below as we had an awesome time at monkey mania. My one year old loved the toddler area, and it was so cheap. It was only $9 for my toddler, and both of us (parents) plus the vouchers for a drink meant two free bottles of water. I don’t know what people are complaining about, it was great thank you :)

Why do venues think that adding a surcharge is a good idea, it doesn't make sense when you pay $50 to get. The cost of taking cash to the banks is more labour costs and risky that staff are holding thousands of dollars in public. Bad policy by the owners!Daugher had a little slide burn and the staff had no burn cream, staff did their best with ice pack and they said the first aid kit was low on supplies.Venue fine but surcharge let me disappointed.

Went here the last day of term and I was charged school holiday fees.When given the drink voucher I ordered a soy latte and girl told me it was 0.60$ extra... this did not happen the time before.Service and manners were really poor.Toddler area is ok but older children will make the most out of this place.Toilets stink and are not clean.Food on offer is typical kids" unhealthy food.Would definitely not recommend

Lovely staff and great venue especially for birthday parties. I've had two parties there this year for my children, and the venue (room and play area) were so clean. The party host was super organised too. They are also really generous, supporting my son's school fundraiser. Thank you Monkey Mania! Keep up the great work.
