One of the best place provides something for everyone.. Something looks better.. Price point, not cheap.. But they go head to head with similar quality brands

Cassandra and Lily are the best girls at this store. They always give the best style advice and so good at customer service. They make my experienece always enjoyable and make me come back and shop for more at the Macquarie store.

They have pretty nice clothes but it's expensive. More similar products can be found with cheaper prices.

Staff is not helpful at all .I asked for opinion and the girl was yowning on my face and I desperately need size 8 in one of the item and when I call other stores .They said Macquarie has one and I called Macquarie to find out and then they say they have one.Ridiculous service .

Manager of this store is useless. I wonder how she got this position! No empathy doesn’t know what customer service is!Someone pls teach her how to do this job.

Charlotte was so amazing I didn’t purchase anything from the shop but called to check stock and she went above and beyond to help me and check which stores had the stock she even went to Myer in the centre to check if they have the size. She was awesome!

The staff at Macquarie centre are very friendly specially 2 beautiful young ladies called Cassandra and Lily. I am a regular customer of forever new who have been shopping with this brand for more than 10 years. Cassandra is the first customer service person who remembers my name. She is super nice and friendly with amazing customer service skills. She is a truly valuable asset to the team and company. Happy customer, happy shopping!

I have a wedding coming up and I was truly desperately looking for a decent, affordable dress. I had a very special requirement and that was the dress to be a long dress(beyond the knees).Before going to Forever New I have looked for this dress in many stores. In Paddington, in Town Hall, Parramatta shopping Centre and finally I arrived in Macquarie Shopping Centre.The young, humble, friendly and above all a helpful staff from this store went out of her way to help me.I was so convinced.Amazing service.later on I found out her name and that her name is Cassandra.She is an asset for this company. Pricing was very reasonable. Even the Material, the texture & the style was great.I was so happy on that day as my dream came true.My requirement was full filled as the length of my dress was beyond my knees.

I had a very good experience at Forever New , Macquarie shopping center yesterday afternoon. I was served by Annabelle, she was so sweet, kind and very helpful. Her service was excellent. I wish we get more sales person like her in every shop. Thanks Annabelle.
