Easy parking and quick service, as it's always quiet. They are quite lean on the fillings, maybe the guy who works there doesn't know how much they normally pack into a sub? He also did not wrap it up properly in paper, everything kept falling out from the bottom.Shame, this subway has so much potential.

The manager at this restaurant (wears a cap and Calvin Klein shirt all the time) is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Shocking service. Gungahlin Subway is much nicer for both food and service.

The staff are rude and unhelpful. I am a big fan of subway but I will never return here.The Subs - Although the salads and meat all seemed fresh the bread tasted like it had been baked the previous day....

By far the worst Subway store in Canberra (and that's saying something if you've ever been to the Fyshwick Subway). I ordered a Veggie Delight and was then asked if I wanted bacon on it. When I asked for salt and pepper, the staff member went to put sauce on it. The staff here really struggle to understand English and this is a significant problem for both the customers and staff alike.When I went to pay for the Subway I was charged $13.80. I queried this extortionate price, as this is what I pay at every other Subway I've been too if I also include a drink and cookies. The staff member informed me that it was because I had avocado put on my Veggie Delight. Every other Subway I've been to in Canberra does not charge extra for avocado. This Subway seems to believe that they can charge almost $5.00 extra for avocado.Terrible customer service at this store and ripping off their customers and using faux excuses to try and justify their price gouging. Steer clear and find another Subway store - even if it means a longer drive.

Joe and the team always look after my orders. They are friendly and efficient and I highly recommend them. I went to another subway nearby and it was hit and miss. Since changing to Mitchell, it has been consistently great. Thank you to Joe and the entire team.

Arrived 5 min before close to get a drink and was met to an Asian bloke who seemed he couldn't speak much English telling me they were closed, I told him the open sign was open and he showed me out the door. Poooooor customer service

I'm a frequent visitor and am disappointed with the service and quality of food that this particular Subway provides. There are not many food options in Mitchell with this Subway being one of the easiest and closest options to my place of work.This is a shame as employees and manager alike rush you through your order, making subs that are not properly toasted, broken, fall apart or more.The sub I received today is a great example, with its contents falling from the sub as I unwrapped it. I've included a picture and will continue to post the poor quality provided by this subway.
