Great service friendly advice

Hi all, please be very careful using Boatique Service. In October 2021 I commissioned them to build a swim platform and the delivered product was not fit for purpose with the ship yard unable to install as designed /built due to the risk of damage due to the lack of drainage in Craig's design and build. I have requested compensation to cover the costs of the retro fit/ repairs to his design to make it safe and so far they have refused. Be very careful using their services and be aware the after sales service and error correction has so far been extremely poor. I do not recommend.

I was referred to Craig from Nick at Impact Marine to get some holes in my fiberglass boat repaired. Called up Craig, great to talk to on the phone, booked in a time. Arrived to drop it off, Craig had a good look around, gave me some times and a rough quote. Called up a few days later, we discussed doing some further precautionary work. Later I got some great photos of the work in progress. Went to pick up my boat, Craig gave me a run down on how the work went, what he found in the process. It was a really great job, even fixed up some owner created scratches, talked about how my trailer was and even an idea for a nice birthday present for my boat, a cut and polish to make her look young again. Very happy with service, quality, workmanship and definitely the place to go for repairs and work on fiberglass boats. Really happy with the detailed invoice as well, describes all the work done, notes and advice along the way.

Amazing service and amazing results!

I recently purchased a boat from Grays Online and had it delivered to Craig.A plan to refurbish the boat was discussed and works planned to turn it into something wonderful.Craig's knowledge of boats and extensive experience made this process easy and we were looking forward to transforming the boat into a real gem.unfortunately for me discovery of a ceased engine and unregistrable trailer, despite claim by the seller that all was in tip top shape, put an end to my project.However, I will would definitely recommend Craig for your project
