Harbour Lane Furniture & Bedding Cabramatta

Very bad customer service !!Manager there don't know how to deal with customer when you reach them with product issues. He is very rude to customer.When you buy furniture you look for company that can serve you for longer time if any issue happens, Harbour Lane don't entertain customers after you pay. They look after only until you swipe your card there.Beware of these scammers.

Worst customer service, Don't buy from HarbourLaneStore delivered the floor stock instead of new. The product has the screw fitting imprints as shown in images. They charged me for new one and now they refuse to replace that. Don't fall in their trap while buying they said they will be there to assist for anything even after warranty, but they aren't doing anything even when the product is delivered.It's so evident from pictures that it was disassembled and then sent for delivery. But store managerHafiz Ghulam isn't ready to take any action. He and his whole staff don't have any manners to deal with customers. On the call they said they can't do anything and hung up.Don't fall in their trap !!

Received damaged product, box is badly damaged in transit and so are the products. Store manager refuses to get the item replaced.Very disappointed with the customer service they provided.When they aren't resolving conflict with newly delivered product, I doubt if they do anything for warranty.Very rude store manager Hafiz Ghulam.Beware before buying from there, they don't look after their customer well.

Products here are high quality myself bought a Tv unit from them and it was a great experience.

pakistani and chinese workers here are all incompetent. no customer service. rude. gets orders wrong.

The product they sent me was damaged and when I asked for replacement they refused.I don't know what will they do in warranty when they aren't resolving customer complaint after sending faulty product.Hafiz Ghulam who calls himself regional manager there don't know basic etiquettes of customer relationship. He is very rude when you go back to him with product complaint and say we won't fix the issue do whatever.I haven't seen any business saying that for customer compliant before.Save yourself time & money and don't buy from HarbourLane , very bad quality products.

Don't buy from hereThey charge you for new product but deliver to you used product, after it is evident that it's used product they won't agree to it and will do nothing for that.

Despite of negative reviews, I thought to try harbourlane. I ordered really expensive bedframe and they gave me customer returned product, product has marks of screw fitting, the product looks like fitted after being torn. For sure it isn't new product.I called store and they refuse to replace it, store manager Hafiz Ghulam first didn't come on call and then when he called back he said do whatever we won't get it replaced.I have never seen anyone be so rude to customer in my whole life, especially when it's store fault.Don't ever buy from there, they are very unprofessional after customer pay for their order.

Pathetic customer service, I wish there was 0 star optionThey don't listen or try to resolve customer problem after customer make the payment.Delivered me faulty product but now they refuse to replace that or fully refund that. I have spent $1100 on a product which is not in good use able condition when delivered.Do not buy from Harbour lane !!
