Phillip was very patient with us as we spent over a year mulling over whether to sell or rent or do nothing. He was not pushy and when we eventually decided to sell, he brought round high quality buyers and it was a very quick and pain free process. I would definitely recommend Phillip to my friends and will look to use Stone when we come back to the area in a couple of years.
