Villa Botanica

Linda, Tanya and the team at Villa are incredible. They made planing a wedding from interstate such an ease. Thank you to Linda for making sure our day ran smoothly and was attentive to our needs on the day! Added bonus is the spectacular view. It such a pity we can't go back and do it all again!

I can not recommend Villa Botanica enough. They made our wedding the most stress free, stunning, breathtaking experience we could have possibly have asked for. Even though it rained they communicated and kept us in the loop. They took care of everything and all we had to do was enjoy one of the most magical days of our lives. Do yourself a favour and definitely get married here!

At first we were excited to be married at Villa Botanica as it seemed like a dream venue. They said they could accomodate us with 2-3 months notice so we started inviting people for the end of June and sending save the dates but then was told no would need to be a month later. We agreed to a month later- it was harder for our plans but we complied. We opted for the top package, fireworks and everything top shelf on paperwork. We were told the reception would have to finish at 11pm which we didn't love but were willing to accept. Villa Botanica plans everything for you which is great, however you don't get a choice of vendors in some instances unless you are happy to bring in a different vendor and pay an extra (significant) fee to do so if they are not affiliated with the venue. We requested a later checkout for the bride and groom rather then 10am we asked for 12pm and were not granted this- we were told we had to work around the maid and gardener. We don't feel it is unreasonable to expect to take our time on the morning after the wedding and not have a morning meeting. We could not digest this and cancelled our wedding at the venue- who knows what other unpleasant surprises we would have encountered if we continued with Villa. We did not get our deposit back despite not reaching the invitation stage of the process. They promise a dream wedding and dream process however our small requests fell on deaf ears and we did not feel they cared about us at all.

Our wedding at Villa Botanica was nothing less than perfect! Tanya and the team were amazing, they worked very hard to ensure our day ran smoothly. They obviously take great pride in their work and making their couples happy. Planning was made simple with our lovely wedding planner Tanya and the wedding suppliers they use did an amazing job, from hair and makeup to the decorations and the cake.The venue was stunningly beautiful, it looked even better in person than in photos from their social media. We couldn't have asked for a better day, thank you!

Villa absolutley stole our heart from the moment we saw it! Our wedding day was everything we could have dreamt of from the venue, staff, food, views and vendors! The planning leading up to the big day was made so easy and stress free thanks to Poppy and a special shoutout to Clara, the dream wedding planner offering her organistaion, advice and expertise in such a fun and generous way!

Such a fabulous wedding location. Everything down to the finest detail was perfect! Couldn't recommend Villa Botanic more.

Arguably the best wedding venue in Australia!We had a small elopement wedding, with five guests at Villa Botanica in September 2021 and it was an amazing day.Our Wedding planner Linda made everything so easy, she and the venue took care of absolutely everything so we could relax and enjoy our day.Thank you Villa Botanica!!
