Landed͏ us the house that suited our needsWe've been looking in the Blue Mountains for a while, and met Chris at one of the properties we elected to view. Upon chatting about the parameters of what we were after, Chris suggested another one in his portfolio that would be perfect (which we missed browsing listings online). Two viewings later, the negotiation process went smoothly and everything lined up as (or better than) we expected. Very happy and thanks!

Vicky͏ was a pleasure to work withI would 100% recommend Vicky to any one who is selling their home. Vicky is such a lovely warm person and very genuine as well as professional !! Vicky definitely know what she is doing when it comes to selling your house she has many years of selling so she will be honest with you won’t get you do anything that will waste your time or your money!We were going to try a few agents out and then pick one but Vicky was our first and only after meeting her we just knew she was the right person to sell our house! And we would not hesitate to use her again!

Excellent͏ service during the sale of our home...Our home was unique because of it's old age and renovation work it still required. We thought we'd be in for a difficult sell, but Chris was friendly and easy to get along with. I expected everything to be more complicated but Chris made the whole process seem easy. If Chris couldn't be there (for reasons beyond his control) his lovely team were very supportive and the whole process went smoothly. We are very happy with the work Chris and his team provided and highly recommend them.

Fantastic Agent, Best Service and Value for money in the MountainsEasily the best real estate in the mid mountains. We interviewed a number of agents when preparing to sell our house. Some didn't turn up, others couldn't give us an estimate without consulting with other staff. Then there were those that charged ridiculous commissions, the ones that charged $1000+ for a few photos (Chris does his own in house for free). Chris had the best commission in the mountains and everything was included. Don't waste your time like we did, if you want to sell then see Chris.

I chose Chris to sell my house as he had a great knowledge of the local area with recent sales in the near vicinity and a proven track record. I felt confident that he knew the relative value of my house. He was very easy going and I never felt pressured. The whole process was far quicker and easier than I had been warned it would be. Not all estate agents are created equal and from the perspective of a buyer there appears to be some very ‘interesting’ - for want of a better word- goings on in the estate agent world in Blue Mountains area. Amazing͏ & friendlyWe purchased our first property through Chris and Danny. We were able to view the property privately one afternoon and put our offer in that same day. Danny was incredibly easy to get a hold of, provided us with a lot of interesting information about the house and was very patient, prompt and lovely to deal with. We were kept in the loop through the whole purchasing process and Danny called us at the end of the process to congratulate us about our purchase. Danny has been available even after the purchase when I’ve had a few questions and has been happy to help. Would recommend Chris, Danny and Century 21
