I had massages regularly with Synchronised Therapies and it was very good and well adapted everytime. I recomend it and really miss such professional massage now that i move back to France.

Emily’s yoga was the best thing that happened after my back injury. I feel like a spring chicken and working with my present flexibility. It’s wonderful to return to traditional yoga focusing on breath and presence.

Had a massage with Lucas today after finding the studio on a google search. His attention to detail, the ability to listen to my aches and pains was just the start of the BEST massage I’ve had in a long time.The room was warm, relaxing and extremely clean. Lucas guided me through deep breathing techniques to enhance the massage which was relaxing and rewarding.Lucas worked magic on my aches and pains, and I can’t wait to get back on the table and start moving again with no pain.
