This was all very easy. My hearing was tested and suggestions made on which hearing aids would help. I went ahead with the hearing aids and have been very happy with them. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. No pressure to buy was felt by me and subsequent contact with the staff has been great.

My wife is a client and is very happy with her hearing aids and the after sales service has been excellent. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Even though we could have saved a little by buying hearing aids online, we felt it was worth paying extra for the complete service, especially since we are supporting a local business and can walk in any time for assistance when needed. I visited Dr Michelle Pasinati twice during the pandemic. She is a very experienced, and knowledgeable audiologist. After my hearing testing, she patiently explained my ear condition, which helped my understanding and alleviated some concerns. Michelle is professional and caring, as are the lovely ladies on the front desk. I would recommend without hesitation.
