Unfortunately a shocking job, payed 75 dollars for a vitara as it was large" and still mess everywhere once finished. Had to go back in

First time getting a car cleaned by someone else because I don't have an undercover bay and obviously it's been flogging down for a while now. The car is 2nd hand and came to me quite dirty, so I precleaned it as best I could (when the rain held up) before arriving at Stella. $70 paid for the VIP service (which apparently includes the services provided in the express and deluxe options). Sounds good, hopefully these guys can get what I couldn't. Car comes back to me almost 4 hours later. Floors were 70% cleaned and that's about it. Nothing seemed to have been done to exterior / interior windows, nothing to dash, nothing to seats or interior doors. The thing that is most frustrating is that I had to (and still am) clean it at home afterwards. There were small things (see photo) that were cleaned in 10 seconds with a disinfectant wipe in my driveway.

I am very impressed! I paid $55.00 for a deluxe wash for my mid-size SUV. The outside looks brilliant. The interior was vacuumed and dusted with a new car smell fragrance added. I will be coming back. Thank you to the friendly staff.

Located on City Road Merewether Stella lived up to its reputation. Im very pleased with the $55 job. Yes it might be a killer pricey, but my Tiguan was well overdue for a wash and detail inside. Friendly service and you can wait inside the comfort of the cafe and enjoy a coffee and something to eat.

First time ever that I have had my car detailed, extremely disappointed!! I should’ve just done it myself the inside was still dirty dust on the doors vinyl, outside of car was missed in several spots. I had to re wash the car myself never going back, total waste of my money. I was told that they were short staffed… if you are that short staffed only accept a few cars at a time, considering I was there at 8am so I was one of the first ones there!!!

I have been going here for a number of years and the car always comes out sparkling. Good job.

Just picked my car up and I am really disappointed by the inside clean of the job. I would rather pay more and get the job done properly. Nothing wiped out in the console or around the hand brake -mats still dirty, obviously haven't used a clean clothe to wipe the dash down. The outside is ok.
