We arrived at our destination in some light rain so we were pleased that your informative trailer setup instructions meant we could get set up quickly.The trailer was clean and comfortable and the kids loved having their own room to sleep in too. We look forward to taking one of your trailers again for a much longer period next time.

BEWARE IF YOU HIRE FROM THIS COMPANY.Where do I start. We turned up to pick up the camper trailer and the owners were away on holidays and had their parents doing the handover. As nice as they were, in hindsight this process was at best inept if not a total fast. We were told that everything had been checked​, which we found out later was done one month before we picked it up, more on that later. We were quickly shown how to hitch/unhitch the trailer to the car, were shown how to zip on and off the cover and that was it. So we arrive at our first stop and we can't get the gas cooker working. Luckily I was able to unblock one jet the second night. We tried contacting the owners but did not get any response for four days and no help other than a email asking if we had turned on the gas. We later find out that the gas line was corroded and blocked something that would have been picked up if checked before we picked it up, (they tried to blame us for this). After dinner we tried to wash up but the water connection was seized with bull dust and I had to remove it and spray it was WD-40 so I could get it to work, again another thing that should have been checked before the hire.The next thing to fail was the zip on the cover, again the owners blamed us for this even though we were the fourth group to use this trailer. Finally we had a hatch door that opened whenever it felt like it along the highway and thank goodness we never lost our esky or damaged a car travelling behind if it did fall out. At least we didn't get blamed for that . On returning the trailer we were immediately blamed for most of the problems​ and the owners were aggressive towards us from the start. We tried to stay positive and privately hoped for a partial refund for the problems we had, instead we had our bond ($200) withheld as we were blamed for the zip failure and told we should not have tried to fix anything on the trailer even though we were in remote locations. So we finish with no refund and no apology for the inconvenience to our holiday. My advice is to stay away from Kadco Off-road and find someone you can trust.
